In 2006, Yurun launched the microcomputer-controlled silicon-controlled parallel resonant induction furnace. This was followed by the introduction of the silicon-controlled series resonant induction furnace in 2015, and the microcomputer-controlled IGBT series resonant induction furnace in 2018. Our IGBT-powered induction furnaces save 10-20% more energy compared to traditional products and offer a wide range of power outputs from 50 kW to 3000 kW. These furnaces are ideal for applications ranging from 50 kg to 10 tons of molten material.
Our furnaces are designed for stable operation in various environments, with minimal maintenance requirements. The construction is robust, ensuring long service life and reliability.
With rapid melting capabilities, our furnaces help users maximize productivity and minimize power consumption, offering up to 100 kWh savings per ton of molten metal. Our furnaces achieve melt times of approximately 60 minutes per batch.
